Now, more than ever, we are fighting countless battles to uphold liberty, justice and equality. The ACLU of North Carolina receives no government funding and never charges its clients for legal representation. Our existence depends entirely on private donations from concerned individuals, foundation grants and bequests. You can make sure that the ACLU has the resources we need to continue to fight for all our freedoms by making a tax-deductible contribution to the ACLU of North Carolina Legal Foundation, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

For more information about making a tax-deductible contribution or making a planned gift to the ACLU, call the ACLU of North Carolina at 919-834-3466 or send an email to: .

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:  Volunteers are the backbone of the ACLU.  Volunteers make the ACLU's work to protect and extend civil liberties and civil rights possible.  We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available and do our best to match your interests and expertise with our current needs.  Many of our volunteer opportunities extend beyond out office out into communities throughout North Carolina.

Ways you can volunteer include, but are not limited to:
