Protect Voting Access in North Carolina

Fight for your right to vote

Democracy advocates across the state need your support to stop legislation that would blatantly obstruct every North Carolinian’s freedom to vote.

Senate Bill 326 would build harsh barriers for Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities, older adults in residential living facilities, and voters with disabilities by throwing away ballots that are cast by mail on or before Election Day, but do not arrive by Election Day.  If this bill had been in place in 2020, over 11,000 valid absentee ballots would have been thrown away.

SB 724 would needlessly complicate online voter registration and waste taxpayer money to bolster an enjoined law that is currently being litigated in the courts, and SB 725 would prohibit local election officials from receiving grants to help our elections run smoothly.

We need your help to protect voting access in North Carolina.
