Online Teach-In: The Deportation Pipeline and 287(g)

April 2, 2019 @ 7:00 pm
@ 8:00 pm
Join our immigrants' rights team on April 2 at 7 p.m. for an overview of what the deportation pipeline is and what role 287(g) plays in separating families. ACLU of North Carolina organizers will share information about their plan and how you can get involved in the fight for immigrants' rights in North Carolina.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has conducted a historic number of raids in North Carolina, detaining community members on their way to work, separating families, and spreading fear in our communities. With your help, we can demand our local law enforcement stand up to ICE and put an end to these dehumanizing practices. RSVP to learn more about the issue and how to take action.

We hope you’ll join us!
