How to Identify a Valid Judicial Warrant

If police or ICE wish to enter your home, workplace, or another private location, do NOT open the door. Ask to see a warrant.

Have the officer slide the warrant under the door or hold it up to a window. Make sure the warrant is signed by a judge! ICE administrative warrants do not authorize a search.
