Greensboro Body Cam Case Amicus Brief

The ACLU of North Carolina filed the attached amicus brief in a North Carolina Supreme Court case challenging a trial court's decision to allow the Greensboro City Council to review body cam footage but prohibit them from speaking to their constituents about it.
