HB 171: Prohibition on DEI
This bill would prohibit state and local government from supporting workplace DEI programs.
Update: on 6/24, the NC House of Representatives voted to override the governor's veto of the bill. It will now be sent to the Senate. If the Senate also votes to override the veto, the bill will become law.
